Sister Hazel
|
Sister Hazel is an American musical group.
The band came together in the vibrant college town of Gainesville, Florida, and while most local bands never got out of the small city, Sister Hazel's popularity grew in concentric circles until the band was recognized all over the country. The group prides itself on being down to earth, devoting much of their time to fans and charity events. The band was at a time under the tutelage of Universal Records until the release of 2003's Chasing Daylight, the band's first self-released album since their debut. This was followed by LIVE Live, a two-disc concert recorded in Florida, and a supplementary DVD.
The band's members are:
- Ken Block - lead singer/acoustic guitarist
- Jeff Beres - bassist
- Andrew Copeland - rhythm guitarist
- Ryan Newell - lead guitarist
- Mark Trojanowski - drummer
