Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 436 people, 174 households, and 120 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 110.8/km² (287.4/mi²). There are 176 housing units at an average density of 44.7/km² (116.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.12% White, 0.92% African American, 0.69% Native American, 0.92% Asian, 0.46% Pacific Islander, 0.23% from other races, and 3.67% from two or more races. 2.52% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 174 households out of which 28.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.1% are married couples living together, 14.9% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.0% are non-families. 18.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
