San Diego Convention Center Corporation

The San Diego Convention Center Corporation is a non-profit public corporation that owns and maintains the San Diego Convention Center and the San Diego Concourse. Its subsidiary, San Diego Theaters, Inc., manages the San Diego City Theater. The corporation was created in 1984 by the city government of San Diego, California. Its board of directors is appointed by the mayor and city council of San Diego.
