Sabine Lake

Sabine Lake is a 90,000 acre (364 km²) salt water estuary formed by the confluence of the Sabine River and the Neches River. It drains through Sabine Pass into the Gulf of Mexico. The lake borders Jefferson County, Texas, Orange County, Texas, and Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The city of Port Arthur, Texas is located on its banks.
Sabine Lake and its surrounding marshes are a popular location for fishing trips.
