Rock is a town located in Rock County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 3,338.

The racial makeup of the town is 95.48% White, 1.20% African American, 0.30% Native American, 0.39% Asian, 0.27% Pacific Islander, 1.08% from other races, and 1.29% from two or more races. 2.10% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
