Plot synopsis
Delenn launches the Interstellar Alliance; Sheridan is forced to resign from Earthforce to get an Amnesty for the rest of his staff. He is chosen President of the Interstellar Alliance. Susan Ivanova is offered the command of a starship. Garibaldi wins back his girlfriend. Delenn and Sheridan get married and return to Babylon 5.
Arc significance
- The Interstellar Alliance is formed, and Earth joins this new alliance.
- As Sheridan's last act as an Earth Force officer, Ivanova is promoted to Captain, and she leaves the station.
