Redbridge F.C.

Redbridge F.C. is the name that Ford United F.C. adopted in July 2004, as they began playing in the new Conference South football league. The name was chosen to help associate the club more with the area where they are based, and less with the Ford Motor Company.
They should not be confused with the former Redbridge Forest F.C., a predecessor of the current Dagenham & Redbridge F.C., though both come from the borough of Redbridge in Greater London.
Redbridge will play the 2005-06 season in the Isthmian League Premier Division, as they were relegated after finishing bottom of Conference South.
