Ramón Arellano Félix (1964–2002) was a Mexican whom authorities linked to the Tijuana drug cartel. Arellano Félix was placed on the FBI's 10 most wanted list in the 1990s.
Arellano Félix was allegedly one of the most violent members of the Tijuana cartel, being suspect in various murders. He died while in Mazatlán, during what was reported to be a shootout with the police. It is suspected that he was in Mazatlán to kill a drug rival (Mayo Zambada).
Arellano Félix had been linked by Mexican police to the 1997 massacre of 12 members of a family in Mazatlán.
He also was known as "Patrón", "Colores", he had a soft voice, he had gold incrustations in his gun, his favorite vehicle was a Cheyenne, then a Sonora (Tahoe).
