Raggadeath were a dancehall reggae band in the 1980s. The band were most notable for the exceedingly gruff vocals of the lead singer and achieved moderate success with a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue.
Raggadeath was also the name of a Canadian alternative rock band in the 1990s, who fused hard rock with reggae-style rhythms and vocals. Rapper Michie Mee was the vocalist for the band, who scored a Canadian hit with "One Life" in 1995.
