Possum Lodge

The Possum Lodge is a men-only club located in the fictional town of Possum Lake, Ontario, Canada and seen on the comedy television series The Red Green Show. The official motto of Possum Lodge is the pseudo-Latin phrase Quando omni flunkus moritati., which translates to "If all else fails, play dead.".
The town of Possum Lake is right down the road from Port Asbestos with a rival lodge that I can't remember the name of. Famous lines are, "Keep yer stick on the ice." "If the women don't find you handsome they should at least find you handy." "Spare the duct tape, spoil the job." Then there's the most famous part of the show, the Possum Lodge "Mans Prayer" which goes like this, "I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess..." Red Green also gets into many adventures in repair work and construction, always with a roll of duct tape nearby. Some of his repairs and constructions are, using the home heating duct work to build a boat with, your own homemade wheels for your car, installing a recliner in your car for more comfortable driving, and a system of restaraunt syrup pourer's connected to string to refill fluids without stopping. There's many notable characters, Red Green(The Star), Ranger Gord, Harold Green(Red Green's nephew), Dalton Humphrey, Winston Rothschild III, Ed Frid(The local Animal Control officer with a fear of most animals), Mike Hamar, Edgar Montrose(The local demolitions expert, who's hard of hearing, short several fingers, and not really big on safety.). Then there's the mythical figures of the show that you never see, Bernice Green(Red's wife), Old Man Segdwick, Moose Thompson, Stinky Peterson, Junior Singleton, and Flinty McClintock.
