Pelham Bay Park (IRT Pelham Line station)

The first or last stop of the New York City subway 6 line is Pelham Bay Park, which has two tracks, one centre, and two side platforms. This station is located at the intersection of the New England Thruway and Westchester Avenue. The side platforms, which are no longer used, may have been used for unloading passengers, with the centre platform used for loading. At the south end is a staff-only crossover bridge between the centre and west side platform. It also used to connect to the east side platform but has been removed. At the north end of the platforms are the track bumper blocks and a crew quarters area. There is also a tower and crew quarters at the south end. Fare control is in the tile mezzanine. There are old style signs which are covered over on the main platform.

- Bx12: To Inwood-207th Street or Bay Plaza Mall/Orchard Beach (Daily summertime service 6am-11pm) via Pelham Parkway/Fordham Road
- Bx14: To Parkchester or Country Club
- Bx29: To Bay Plaza Mall or City Island via City Island Avenue
- QBx1: To Co-op City or Flushing-Main Street (Bikes are allowed on buses) via Bronx Whitestone Bridge/Bruckner Expressway
