Paul Le Duc

Paul Le Duc (born March 11, 1942) is a film director.
He was born in Mexico City, Mexico.
One of Le Duc's most acclaimed works is Frida, naturaleza viva (marketed as Frida in the USA), a tribute to the indomitable spirit and determination of the painter Frida Kahlo.
Le Duc has produced several documentaries, among them:
- ABC del etnocidio: notas sobre el Mezquital (1976), and
- Puebla hoy(1979).
Le Duc has also produced films about historical events, such as
- Reed: Méjico insurgente (1973), a dramatization based on the first hand reports of the Mexican Revolution by journalist John Reed.
- Complót petróleo: la cabeza de la hidra (1981).
- Dólar mambo (1993).
