Palmer Heights is a census-designated place located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 3,612.

Demographics

The racial makeup of the CDP is 95.43% White, 1.66% African American, 0.11% Native American, 1.25% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.91% from other races, and 0.61% from two or more races. 2.63% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
