Orlando Bosch
|
Orlando Bosch is a Cuban exile accused of a variety of anti-Castro political violence (considered terrorist attacks by both the Cuban government and the FBI). Most notably he is accused, together with another anti-Castro Cuban exile Luis Posada Carriles, of taking part in the October 6, 1976 bombing of a Cuban civilian airliner in which all seventy-three people on board were killed. Bosch was jailed in Venezuela awaiting trial but never convicted of these charges.
Bosch was arrested in Florida for an attack on a Polish freighter with a 57mm recoilless rifle in 1968.
