Onchan

Onchan is a town and parish in the Isle of Man. It is the second largest town on the island, after Douglas. Its population is 8,803 according to the 2001 census. It is largely contiguous with Douglas.
Onchan is situated on a headland to the north of Douglas, and has good views over Douglas Bay.
It boasts two glens - Molly Quirk's Glen and Groudle Glen, which end at Groudle Beach, where there are holiday accommodations.
