The Postgraduate School (PGS) A scholarship is $17000 CAD and is for students in their first or second year of graduate school.
The PGS B scholarship is $19000 and is for students in their third or later year of graduate school.
The Undergraduate Research Award pays half the salary of an undergraduate research assistant for one summer.
The female faculty award pays half the salary of a female faculty member and limits her teaching and administrative duties to allow her to concentrate on research.
The awards and grants are competitive. They are normally based on academic record, research ability, and economic utility of the research project. In addition, students studying in Canada have a competitive advantage over students studying in other countries.
