The Nassau Stakes is a Group 1 United Kingdom flat racing horse race for fillies aged three years old and above run over a distance of 1 mile 1 furlongs and 192 yards (1,986 m) at Goodwood Racecourse during July. (worth £200,000 in 2004).
The name of the race originated from the friendship between Charles Lennox, 5th Duke of Richmond and Lennox and the House of Orange-Nassau.
It gained Group 1 status in 1999.
