Mina Hakuba

Mina Hakuba is a character in the Game Boy Advance game Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. She is a childhood friend of the protagonist Soma Cruz, whom she invited to the Hakuba Shrine to watch the eclipse.
Her family are the caretakers of the shrine, thus explaining the name in comparison to her last name. During the game, she stays near the castle's locked gate, and gives the player information to help them on their way. Throughout the game, some hints of romantic tension are evident, especially in the scene where Hammer confronts him about it. This is also evident in the complete good ending.
Although 'Mina Hakuba' is a Japanese name (白馬弥那 Hakuba Mina in the original), it is almost certainly patterned after 'Mina Harker', of the original Dracula novel by Bram Stoker.
