Manitou Beach-Devils Lake is an unincorporated community located in Lenawee County, Michigan. It is a Census-designated place (CDP) used for statistical purposes. As of the 2000 census, the community had a total population of 2,080.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the community has a total area of 25.2 km² (9.7 mi²). 18.1 km² (7.0 mi²) of it is land and 7.1 km² (2.7 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 28.13% water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 2,080 people, 898 households, and 600 families residing in the community. The population density is 114.7/km² (297.3/mi²). There are 1,732 housing units at an average density of 95.5/km² (247.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the community is 98.08% White, 0.19% African American, 0.14% Native American, 0.14% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.19% from other races, and 1.25% from two or more races. 1.25% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 898 households out of which 25.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.7% are married couples living together, 6.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 33.1% are non-families. 28.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 10.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.32 and the average family size is 2.81.
In the community the population is spread out with 22.0% under the age of 18, 5.9% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 30.5% from 45 to 64, and 14.1% who are 65 years of age or older.
