Lyrical Commission are Melbourne-based, Australia hip-hop outfit, which released their debut album The Stage Is Set in 2002, Lyrical Commission is comprised of Trem, Brad Strut, Bob Balans, and DJ J-Red. J-Red has won several Australian DJ battles such as DMC, ITF, VESTAX and has placed in the world top 5 each year since 2001. Their style is raw style, and feature strident lyrics. Together with the Hilltop Hoods they are part of the evolving Australian hip-hop scene.
