Lucius E. Pinkham

Lucius E. Pinkham, formally Lucius Eugene Pinkham, was the fourth Territorial Governor of Hawai'i from 1913 to 1918. He was appointed to the office after the term of Walter F. Frear. Pinkham is the first member of the Hawai'i Democratic Party to become governor. Previous to his administration, Pinkham was president of the board of health.
