The racial makeup of the city is 83.21% White, 0.89% Black or African American, 1.70% Native American, 5.65% Asian, 0.43% Pacific Islander, 5.88% from other races, and 2.24% from two or more races. 15.98% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,016 households out of which 37.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.7% are married couples living together, 9.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 32.5% are non-families. 26.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.52 and the average family size is 3.06.
