Limerick nuclear power plant

Template:Nuke-NRC1 The Limerick nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania has two General Electric boiling water reactor (BWR) units, cooled by natural draft cooling towers. PECO (now part of Exelon, which also owns Commonwealth Edison) owns and operates this facility northwest of Philadelphia. PECO also owns and operates the Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station located on the Susquehanna River. The towers are crossflow natural draft cooling towers originally designed and constructed by The Marley Company of Mission, Kansas.
