Konu District, Hiroshima

Kōnu (甲奴郡; -gun) is a district located in Hiroshima, Japan.
As of 2003 (before the April 1 mergers), the district had an estimated population of 11,117 and a density of 50.23 persons per km². The total area was 221.31 km².
Former Towns and villages
On March 31, 2005, the town of Soryo merged with the city of Shobara.
On April 1, 2004, the town of Konu merged with the city of Miyoshi.
Also on April 1, 2004, the town of Joge merged with the city of Fuchu.
