Kitasouma (北相馬郡; -gun) is a district located in Ibaraki, Japan.
Following the merger of Fujishiro into Toride, but as of 2003 population data, the district has an estimated population of 18,258 and a density of 733.25 persons per km². The total area is 24.90 km².
