Kinosaki (城崎郡; -gun) was a district located in Hyogo, Japan. As of April 1, 2005 the district was dissolved when all of its towns merged into other jurisdictions.
As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 41,455 and a density of 98.36 persons per km². The total area was 421.48 km².
