Jorgen Von Strangle on the animated series The Fairly OddParents is a high-ranking official in Fairy World and the strongest fairy in the universe. He is also married to the Tooth Fairy and hates Timmy Turner. He resembles both Sylvester Stallone in Rambo, as well as Arnold Schwarzenegger. Cosmo and Wanda are his best friends, as nobody else is able to stand his near-constant abuse (one reason why some fans think he should be dealt with). Besides the Tooth Fairy, he is the only known fairy that is the size of a normal human being.
Jorgen likes to scramble the Fairies (a fighter jet squad of fairies) for no particular reason other then just to scramble the Fairies.
