John Gorman was a member of the band Grimms — the 'G' in Gorman providing the 'G' in Grimms — and also of The Scaffold. He also made regular appearances in the British children's television show Tiswas and was one of the Four Bucketeers who had a hit with the "Bucket of Water Song". Later , he became a director for London Weekend Television entertainment programmes- particularly those with Cilla Black. He is currently a consultant to a theatre in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
