JFA (Jodie Foster's Army) is a punk rock band, born in 1981 out of the Southern California skateboard culture. Members include Brian Brannon, Don Redondo, Michael Cornelius, and Bam-Bam. The band was pivotal in the development of the skate punk scene.

History
JFA was formed around March of 1981. Redondo, then of the band Jr. Chemists, and Cornelius, then of the band the Deez, knew each other from shows around Phoenix, Arizona. They began playing together after a D.O.A. concert during the band's Hardcore 81 tour. Bam-Bam later joined after meeting Redondo at an "Industrial Dance" in Phoenix.
The band's first show was at an Industrial Dance, where they played their first song, Pipetruck.
