Template:CityTrain railway lines The Ipswich railway line is a suburban railway line in Brisbane, Australia. It runs south-west, servicing Brisbane's inner western suburbs, before connecting Brisbane to the nearby city of Ipswich. The line crosses the Brisbane River at Indooroopilly. After Ipswich, it connects to the inter-urban Rosewood line.
The line runs 38.7 kilometres from Brisbane Central. It branches from the other southbound railway lines at Roma Street. It connects with the northern Caboolture and Shorncliffe lines.
During peak hour periods, some services run to and from Corinda via South Brisbane, branching at Yeerongpilly.
