Howard Kaloogian

Howard Kaloogian was a California State Assemblyman from 1994-2000. In 2003, he became the chairman of the Recall Gray Davis Committee, dedicated to the ouster of California's governor. In the 1990s Howard Kaloogian, was an assemblyman from north San Diego County.
Kaloogian is a founder and co-chairman of Move_America_Forward, a right-wing political action group.
