The word handle may refer to any of several things:
- a device attached to a movable object, that is gripped to move or use the object; see handle (grip)
- (especially in citizens' band radio and online) a pseudonym; see user name
- (in computer science) a reference to a position in computer memory; see reference (computer science) and smart pointer
- (in mathematics) part of a handlebody or of a manifold decomposed using handle decomposition; see handle (mathematics)
- when referring to liquor, a handle is half a gallon or 1.8927059 liters. The name comes from the handle that is often found on bottles of this size.
