Haderslev

Haderslev (German Hadersleben) is a municipality in south Denmark, in the county of South Jutland on the peninsula of Jutland. The municipality covers an area of 272 km², and has a total population of 31,827.
From 1864 to 1920, it was part of Prussia and as such part of the North German Confederation and, from 1871 onwards, part of the German Empire.
