Group 4 Securicor, formed in July 2004 from the merger of Securicor and the security businesses of Group 4 Falck, is a multinational corporation based in Crawley, UK. Group 4 Securicor is the second largest security guard service provider on Earth. The group employs 360,000 people within 110 nation-states across six continents. It provide manned security, operates criminal justice systems, security systems and cash transfer services worlwide.
Group 4 Securicor also owns the Wackenhut Corporation, a leading provider of security guard services in North America.
History
Securicor, plc and Group 4 Falc A/S merged in 2004.
