Franz Bäke (February 28, 1898 - 1978), during World War II, was an Doctor and a Oberst, of the German Wehrmacht. He was commander of schwere Panzer Abteilung 509; later Panzer Brigade 106 Feldhernhalle and, finally, the Panzer Division Feldhernhalle 2. He surrendered on May 8, 1945 and was a POW until 1947.
