Fleming, Ohio is a small rural town in Washington County, Ohio, located in southeastern Ohio.
Its landscape is countryside farmland dotted with occasional trees. The Fleming Mall, known for its small size, is the main attraction of Fleming. Most people become familiar with Fleming by passing it on State Rt. 550. It lies near, but not in, the Wayne National Forest. You can throw a stone from one town sign to the other. At this point, there may be more cows than people. There are no stop lights located in Fleming.
