FAIR is the acronym name of four different activist groups:
- Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, a progressive media watchdog group, which attacks alleged media bias and inaccuracy.
- Federation for American Immigration Reform, a non-partisan organization which promotes immigration reduction.
- The Foundation for Apologetic Information & Research [1] (http://www.fairlds.org/), an organization which engages in apologetics regarding Mormon theology.
- Family Action Information Resource, a British anti-cult campaign and support group.
Also, a fair is a community festival or market often held at a fairgound.
