Elisha Reynolds Potter

Elisha Reynolds Potter (1764-1835) was an American statesman from South Kinston, Rhode Island, who served several times as the Speaker in the Rhode Island State Assembly, and as a U.S Congressman in 1796-1797 and 1809-1815. His son, also Elisha Reynolds Potter, was also a Congressman.
