The district includes the counties of Cumberland, and Colchester and the northeastern part of the Halifax, Nova Scotia Regional Municipality. Communities include Halifax (part), Truro, Amherst and Springhill. The Area is 10,086 sq. km.
History
The electoral district was created in 2003, 93.6% from Cumberland—Colchester and 6.4% from Sackville—Musquodoboit Valley—Eastern Shore.
