Crosby is an area of Sefton, Merseyside, North West England.
It was formerly a Borough until absorbed into the new Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in 1974. It has a small library called Carnegie Library built with donations from the American steel magnate Andrew Carnegie.
Crosby itself was formed from the urban districts of Great Crosby, Little Crosby and Waterloo with Seaforth. Template:UK-geo-stub
