An inbound train leaves Cleveland Park station.
The station serves the residential Cleveland Park neighborhood in Northwest and the National Zoo, with two entrances at Connecticut Avenue near Ordway Street NW. The zoo is not only downhill from this station, but also 106 feet closer than Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan. Service began on December 5, 1981.
