Chibi Chibi

Chibi Chibi (ちびちび) is a character in the fifth and final season of the Sailor Moon series. She is estimated to be about two years old, and can't really talk yet, though she knows a few simple words and likes to repeat what other people say (to learn how to talk). She mostly says "Chibi" though, hence her nickname.

Her red hair is always seen put up in two heart shaped odango, with little ringlets sticking out the sides. She is first seen in the manga, floating to earth using an umbrella as a parachute, saying "Chibi chibi!".

In both stories, Chibi Chibi is responsible for protecting Princess Kakyuu and can also transform into a Sailor Senshi, Chibi Chibi Moon. She does not appear to have an attack phrase as the other senshi do, although in the manga she carries a heart scepter with what looks like a planetary ring around it, which she uses to defend herself and Sailor Moon.

Manga: Sailor Cosmos, Chibi Chibi's true form, is the ultimate form of Sailor Moon from the far future. Where she came from, Sailor Chaos ruled the galaxy, causing needless war across the stars. Sailor Cosmos had one hope. Taking the form of a child, she traveled to the 20th century to try and lead her past self (Sailor Moon) to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron, where Chaos resided. Doing this however would have killed all hope of rebirth, and Sailor Moon refused to do it. Although the manga indicates that Sailor Moon should not be able to communicate with her future self, she breaks this rule fairly early on, communicating briefly with Neo Queen Serenity during the Black Moon arc. In the end, Sailor Cosmos is satisfied that her initial decision was the right one and gains a renewed hope as she returns to her own time.

Anime: A long time ago, Galaxia sealed Chaos inside her own body. Knowing that this would contaminate her starseed, she sent it far away. The starseed took the form of the red haired Chibi Chibi, and landed up on earth where she lived as Usagi's little sister. Chibi Chibi is also referred to as the "light of hope" by the Starlights, their one chance for defeating Galaxia. She is not only able to transport herself and the senshi around Galaxia's domain freely, she is also able to transform herself into a sword to seal Galaxia away.
