Chevy Chase Heights is a census-designated place and section of White Township, located in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the area had a total population of 1,511. Despite its reference in the census as a town in its own right, Chevy Chase Heights is part of White Township.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the area has a total area of 3.3 km² (1.3 mi²). 3.3 km² (1.3 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 1,511 people, 669 households, and 418 families residing in the area. The population density is 455.8/km² (1,181.3/mi²). There are 805 housing units at an average density of 242.8/km² (629.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 88.75% White, 8.34% African American, 0.20% Native American, 1.13% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.53% from other races, and 1.06% from two or more races. 0.33% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 669 households out of which 27.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.5% are married couples living together, 12.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 37.4% are non-families. 32.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.26 and the average family size is 2.84.
