Chester Hill is a borough located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 918.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 918 people, 399 households, and 264 families residing in the borough. The population density is 708.9/km² (1,852.6/mi²). There are 434 housing units at an average density of 335.1/km² (875.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the borough is 99.24% White, 0.00% African American, 0.11% Native American, 0.11% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.54% from two or more races. 0.22% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 399 households out of which 29.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.4% are married couples living together, 16.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 33.8% are non-families. 29.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 14.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
