The Blond Ambition Tour was Madonna's World Tour of 1990, essentially a performance of her greatest hits to date. A revolutionary and controversial production that garnered mixed reactions.
The Blond Ambition Tour was an hour and a half roller-coaster ride that many, including Madonna, likened to musical theater. The tour spanned twenty-seven cites across Japan, the United States, Canada and Europe, and lasted approximately five months.
The show itself was bawdy, fast-paced and intricately choreographed. It utilized the now infamous cone bra, and Madonna's classic intertwining of controversy, controversy that almost resulted in her arrest in Toronto.
