Berenice or Berenike (bernikē) is a Macedonian name, meaning "bearer of victory" (corresponding to Greek *phere-nikē). It refers to:
- several Ptolemaic and Seleucid queens in Cyrenaica and Egypt,
- Berenice I of Egypt, mother of Magas of Cyrene and wife of Ptolemy I.
