Aure is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.
Aure has the largest wooden church in the county.
Industries include a refinery and methanol plant. A liquid natural gas (LNG) pipeline from the offshore gas field terminates here.
Aure will merge with Tustna January 1, 2006.
