Plot
Fitz is raised from the dead using his dispised Wit magic, but he is now more wolf than human. After regaining his humanity, he departs on a personal quest to kill Regal. Fitz fails spectacularly at this and in the process Verity imprints him with the Skill command to go to him. Driven by this compulsion, he meets up with the Fool and Kettrichen and others in the Mountain kingdom. From here, they continue on a quest to save the true king Verity and resurect the Elderlings to the Six Duchies aid.Template:Book-stub
