Andrew George

Andrew Henry George (born 2 December 1958) is a British politician. He is Liberal Democrat member of Parliament for St. Ives, in Cornwall. He had previously been a member of Mebyon Kernow, and is an advocate of the Cornish language.
Following his recent re-election after the 2005 general election, Andrew George was the first MP to swear his oath of allegance to the Queen in Cornish. [1] (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/cornwall/4540887.stm)
He is the Liberal Democrat Shadow International Secretary.
