Al Bahah is a provinces of Saudi Arabia, located in the south west of the country.It has an area of 15,000 kmē and a population of 459,200 (1999). Its capital is Al Bahah. Many cities surround Al Bahah, like: B'al Gorashy, and a city by the Red Sea called Al Qunfunda. Tribes like Al-Ghamdi and Al-Zahrani reside in this province. The climate is one of the best in Saudi Arabia due to its position over the mountains. The local Emir is from Al- Brahim family. Reportedly he is the father in law of King Fahd.
